Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie reviewer, is known by her scathing appreciation of silly action movies and horror movies. After gaining some fame through the channels that are part of Channel Awesome (under her previous handle Obscurus Lupa) She began to write reviews in late 2009. In early 2015, she joined the site while Obscurus Lupa Presents changed to Movie Nights. The channel also hosts two podcasts via her channel, both of which cover the Charmed franchise and both co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The program reviews grotesque film that is aimed at kids, RiffTrax and live shows. The show also has a few times adult-oriented comedy. Then, in the latter half of 2009, she started to write reviews of films and gained popularity in forums like the Channel Awesome forums. She joined the family of network movie critics. She's appeared in countless Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She used to be a part of the Channel Awesome Family alongside Doug Walker as well as be seen on numerous episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
